In other news, I got Fall break coming up next week, a good part of which will be spent with my nose in the books, I'll be able to at least deposit. Still working on chapter 10 of my fic. I hope to get it up sometime soon, but again I'm not making any promises.

If the NGPD was still up and running, you could join that, but it's under a lock right now, and may never be opened up again. So your best bet is to work upto that Private rank.

For me there has not been to much for me to talk about. With all of this conversation of stories that you guys have made and suff is all well and good just that i don't have that much time to read them or talk about them.

I want to participate in the conversations, i just got to find my place again.

I've been very busy with my 3rd year of highschool and thats not leaving to much time for this place.

I took a look at your record, and from what I see, you definitely can back up what you claim! Normally I'd refer you posthaste to the NGPD Headquarters, but as others have already said, the NGPD is currently closed down. The Barracks does accept the occasional Guardsmen, who are basically Police Officers (anyone with a police-based rank) with good post history and an otherwise good record.

Haha! Sorry about that, I didn't realize you all were waiting that intensely for it! I had a lot of storyline to work out, which I'm actually almost finished with. I can start churned out the prologue and stuff soon, but I dunno how fast I'll be able to write. Postseason is upon us, and with the AL teams as hot as they are, it's going to be a crazy bunch of playoff games... :-)

Wow, that would suck. Not only am I still psyched about the Art Portal, though I haven't visited in some time. I'm also really psyched about the lit portal as well. I wonder if Tom has made any announcements about when they might release it. That and I wonder what the criteria of the lit portal will be when we want to submit our stories and/or fanfics.

I remember when this kid thinks I'm a abusive moderator who banned him.

Too bad it was locked, would love to see it go few pages of funny responses.

At least you know what you're in for... :-) I've started writing the Prologue, but I'm not particularly liking the results. I'll have to either do some major renovations of this thing or restart it. The story requires a lot of backstory explanation, and fitting it into the prologue is proving to be awkward. I'll keep you posted.

Pixeljunk Monsters is basically your desktop defense, but it's got a nice spin on it. You "upgrade" towers by dancing around them and stuff. Also, two-player mode is the most fun. Cooperating with someone else to build/upgrade towers is a blast. Also, you collect coins, gems, and stuff running around ducking these things...it's really a blast. If you have someone that you can play with semi-regularly, it's definitely worth it.

I second all of these, truly they are some of the best, the call of duty series is also a good addition to any collection if you like multiplayer first person shooters, Bioshock and Infamous are pretty kickass too. Now, I'm off to get in touch with this PS3 lounge again, kinda forgot it was there 0.o

Not to get completely off topic, but I agree with some of this list. Of course, to each his own, and you should do your own research before you buy a game, but whatever.

Killzone 2
Resistance 2 (multiplayer base is a bit low, since this game is coming up on a year, but still fun)

What happen was that this guy was a poor man version of TheLastSpartan, he post crap about how holocaust is a myth and tries to pass it as a fact. With that, I "found" him as an idiot via pm and the rest is history aside from the fact that at the same time, he created a crappy photoshop thread with a inappropriate base picture that got him banned.

It wasn't anything rule-breaking, just spam that got personal. That Author's Comment text was my writing, and it was used in the movie as well. Looking back, it was actually good that it happened: my two-year anniversary today wouldn't mean shit if I wasn't around to celebrate it, and the feud it started between me and him kept me around. But oh, was I pissed off at the time.

Currently working on a recap of my story, so far I made it to the part where I was looking for the god of gamblers. It'll take time before I can get to the part where I am now.

Now it makes more sense to me. I wouldn't say it was anything personal, though, as it just seemed to be directed to the fact that there was a petition to NG out there against the spam groups and their spam postings. If it was someone else that posted it the effect would have been the same. I can see getting upset over it, of course, but I wouldn't say it was anything against you personally, unless I'm missing some piece of the puzzle here.

Either way, Portal day was nice and speedy before, but slowed to a grinding halt. The Portal these days is not nearly as predictable as it was in the past...
