My school has a good number of Criminal Justice majors. It's purty cool, I'm friends with most if not all of the public safety officers on my campus since I am an RA. I'm at school all summer so I hang out with them when I have nothing to do. Being a CSI sounds like a really cool career!

Well I'm pretty sure it is, just ask Krev. She's a blood spatter analyst. That and you need to be a scientific minded person. Which I am. I didn't take 5 science courses for nothing ya know. Nor did I graduate high school with a 3.0 GPA for nothing either.

High school related courses:

Freshman year -- Earth/Environmental Science
Sophomore year -- Biology
Junior year, fall semester -- Honors Chemistry (I had back surgery the summer before so I was legally high in high school all semester, the system fails again!)
Senior year, fall semester -- BioMedical Tech
Senior year, spring semester -- Anatomy & Physiology

Actually, I can't complain. I haven't been really involved in the Wi/Ht lately. I mean, I've been helpful posting in threads and asking questions when I can, but I don't really post in the other threads.

Nah, I'll actually become active this time around. Too much slacking recently, now it's time to come back to my old form, heh. I'll try to post every day, once again.

And that is why I am not a science major! Haha. My biggest problem in high school was always my foreign language class, which is why I dropped my Spanish course after the 2 year requirement and took a semester of Flash animation and delved into the world of art. Science had never been my strong point, but holy shit chem nearly killed me. It was mostly because of my teacher since he was such a tough grader, but I'm not one for memorization. I got 60's on every single lab except for the bottle rocket which I naturally got a 100 on haha! Fortunately I pulled off a (miracle) 70 for the year and my average was balanced by the 100 I got for my semester grade in animation. I still want to learn Spanish, I just can't do it in a graded environment, but I hope to never take a chem class again as long as I live.

Well I'm back from Florida and Miami, I'm glad that there hasn't been that much of a kurfuffle with the DD, just from looking through the posts I see that there has only been a few fileswaps, yes? No more mods been taken I hope? Also, I have seen people mention the BB....Are they back?

Now if you guys don't mind, I'd like to play catch-up!

Hell i've had this problem multiple times now! Setting it to "Accepted comments only" is the best thing to do as, like Porkchop said, you can just delete all the bad ones with a click of your mouse, even if there is 3,000+ of the posts.

Actually, did you guys realise or know that the amount of comments on our userpages is now only limited to 529 or something. It has been set like that because the spammers were submitting THAT many comments that the page was physically NOT loading!

Well, I'm pretty good at science, and maths. The only science which is somewhat difficult for me is Physics, and that's mostly due to the Physics teachers I've had in the past. Anyway I'm not in College/University yet, and I have no idea of what I'm going to do when I'm older. Maybe something related to science, but I'd also like to study programming and even some web design.

You need to have 4 submissions in the art portal in order to get scouted. Yeah, that's kinda a new thing.

Yeah, that forum is pretty much a lounge itself. Though gumOnShoe's intention was good, to bring people together, it was a nice attempt to make the General forum better.

Well actually, I deleted them all by myself even though it took a couple of days to do it; it was quite enervating. Now I know better than to leave my posts open to "real-time comments." Those spammers really need to get a life.

I've read a few previous posts about a group called the DD. Can someone maybe give me a heads up on who they are?

The [DD] or Duck Division as they call themselves are a malicious group of spammers who submit nothing but crap. They take Rule 34(If it exists, there is porn of it. NO EXCEPTIONS) WAY TOO FUCKING FAR! Recently there's been a massive string of Dre Pickles scat eating shit flashes from the [DD] and some have had that horrible stretched asshole GOATSE thing at the end of a "good quiz" or "game" and it's just disgusting.

The most notable names are as follows:

Chris Beer -- Nothing can be said about how horrible this kid is.
Genderless-Hooker -- STORY THIEF
Simon-Birch -- FILE SWAPPER
0Z0NE -- STORY THIEF
DrewPickles666 -- gay spammer
dd4lyf -- group(?) account

Some more of the recent ones have been submitting what seems like excellent flashes, but once they inevitably pass, they swap the file for something completely disturbing. Hell, Chris Beer even made a death threat to Wade. Not to mention some of the BBS mods have been getting their accounts phished and losing their mod status.

All in all, they're the bane of NG if you will. They're worse than the [BB], [FF], [AA], [SS], [KK], [SocomSquad], and the rest. These guys are malicious at everything they do.

I have nothing to do right now because classes do not start until the very end of August, but my RA training starts the 15th, and I'm going to Martha's Vineyard the week before. I'm not sure how active my semester will be but I am expecting it to be pretty intense since I am starting Maya in my animation course, and I have a bunch of studio courses. Plus I am an RA and I will most likely be working in the Res Life office and hopefully off campus as well. Ironically because I will have so much to do I think it will structure my life and I will actually animate more! I look forward to it all though.
