Hi SoulMaster71, I read your last post on your profile and became quite interested in it. Let me ask you a question, why do you feel the need to make the General forum such a sanitized place? Even though I do agree with you on the idea that in a perfect world everyone would post rational, coherent, and well thought-out posts, we have to be realists and understand that newgrounds is filled with immature and pubertal kids; that is one of the main reasons why the EGB exists.
With all due respect, allow me to give you a sound advice I heard once, "Don't take yourself, or others, too seriously." I know this sounds like a trite adage, but if you follow it, maybe you will start seeing the world with a different perspective.
Start going outside and get interested in your surroundings. Remember that after all is said and done, all the drama that happens on newgrounds stays on newgrounds and is completely insignificant to most of the outside world.

Okay, so a little moderation is restful for the mind. I've been deleting a lot of reviews over the past week, so perhaps I'll be able to get back into the swing of things :)

Thanks for the roster Ismael92 my b/p slow but I not one for doing much in the way of b/p. Well I read your news post SoulMaster71 and I agree about some of General sucking, I get sick of the stupid dick threads of jacking off are so dumb. But I have seen some good threads but as you say WI/HT and clubs section tend to have better stuff. I brought a XBox360 Elite version I wanted to play online. I love the look hopefully I will have more luck then with the Ps3. I finally have got rid of my ps2 stuff and now am next gen. Love the XBox360 look.

I was wondering today if Newgrounds has a RSS feed that we can subscribe to. It would be far more convenient if users could be notified of submissions and new posts in threads like the EGB without having to do it manually. I don't know if there is a service like this already, but if there is, can you show it to me?

Well, not in the BBS yet, at least I think Tom is planning on doing something like that, but when it comes to news posts, flash and audio submissions, and art(I'm not sure if that's an RSS feed or not) there is an RSS feed for the flash and audio and news posts.

That's all I got.

Oh and SCT3, you need to make an AIM account after you've gotten AIM. Then just add Lizz and myself and we're good to go.

You know, that's a very good question. Maybe because in the NGPD and earlier stages of "NG Life" you're still fledglings and are still getting your feet wet, whereas in the EGB, you're more aware of how to post, how not to get involved in flame wars, etc. That's my theory anyway, your thoughts EGB?

Well I suppose it's somewhat assumed that somebody with a Private rank would have accumulated a decent number of posts as well, whereas for the lower ranks this may not be the case. As for post quality, that's one of the things we factor into our decision when voting on potential new recruits, so in that regard it is important.

Well, I think that the number of posts doesn't have to be a requirement to join. We are looking for quality, not quantity, and someone may have only a few posts, but if they are good then that's OK.

For example, if I remember correctly, byteslinger only had four posts when he asked to join, and I think that I don't need to say that she deserves to be here. I'm glad we accepted her, and that's a great example of how post count doesn't matter. Just look at her now :D
