Well of course, any sort of stealing is wrong, but so much of the flash on newgrounds is made with stolen versions of flash programs. its like the portal of sin, and it sucks, the realy flash artists actually pay for flash, they are the ones that make the great movies, those that make the shitty movies, for example, the drew pickles crap, usually have stolen flash and just dont care how they use it.

What about the artists with genuine ability who have scraped together for months to get a computer and the internet. How are they expected to fulfil their potential if they have to work for another few months to pay for it.

It doesn't work - too many great artists would not be revealed and i'm happy to see easily blammed crap enter than to have no good new developing flash artists enter into the field.

stealing it may b a sin, but did u even pay for it yourself? it is the product of a company who want more than they should for their items! it cost nothin 4 them to make it, why shopuld we have to pay for something which sould b shared and appreciated, not horded by the rich while the poor are forced to suffer! if it didnt cost $800 then many ppl wud buy it, but no, the makers want to sap it for all its worth, so in my view, they deserve whats coming to them!!! Your paying for the intelictual property and right to the software, but i do agree, for such small changes for in an example, flash MX to flash 8, they charge way to much. the new Visual Studio express is only something like 60 dollars, and right now and for a year, u can dl and install it for free, and thats free forever, but u gotta download it soon, i dont know when the offer ends.

but 60 bucks, thats great compared to the 2000 something for VS6 enterprise edition, thats just crazy!!! and it was the exact same as VS5 as far as i could tell, maybe a better programmer could tell the difference tho, or someone who works with VS lots. 2000 dollars, suddenly i do believe they deserve to have it stolen, especailly when there is so many free programs that do the same thing, a programming alternative could be java
