Interesting concept...well you have society to thank for this.

Rape from a women technically exists but it's rarely proclaimed if at all. First off, under the certain circumstance a women COULD rape a men like for instance she DID tie him up.

However, society is still stuck in this mindset that men are stronger than women, although in some ways this steryotype BENEFITS the women if she pleads RAPE in court. Double standard right there...but since women are NATURALLY raped to begin with...after all they are the ones with the VAGINSA and not us, and since women are for the most part seen as defenseless, they are giving the benefit of the doubt.

If a man was raped, questions would beasked as how did he get himself into that situation, how did the women succesfully SUBDUE him...and in PHYSICALY speaking, and thirdly why did the man complain...he should havge enjoyed it. There is probably no man alive that DOESN'T like sex.

But hey, if a fat chick wa coming at me then I would break out my 'Chucks and go medieval...Hell if I let a FATTIE rape me.

So sadly, yes it exists but society has sewn certain standards that reaps the follwoing results...that a man could easily rape a woman and that vice versa is absurdly unbelieveable.

Agian this goes back to the original post. I bet you any dollar amount that a MALE teacher having sex with a FEMALE student will have HELL to pay wheeas a FEMALE teacher and a MALE student will not get the same considerable damage of punishment, but still punishment nonetheless.

Very true. I live in the school district that all this happened in. She only spent 1-2 years in prison before being released. She then immediatelly hooked up with him again and got pregnant!! They sent her back to jail, but will probably spend only 4-6 years this time. If it were a male teacher he'd face 20 years for sure.

In a society supposedly based on the concept of equal rights it is worrying that such gender based preconceptions and bias occurs. However in my view this is not limited to the more 'serious' assaults such as rape (i.e because it can be concieved as a deadly assault), moreover this bias has been placed over many other acts especially domestic violence. I do feel that in terms of rape against Domestic violence men are more likely to become victims of the latter, however because of the layers of bull that we and the media place on ourselves theese attacks are never reported and therefore are not part of any statistical argument. It is really annoying that as a male we tend to get the bad end of the stick in all these situations (i.e the teacher example above), and if we are to ever be a truely equal society these crimes/situations should be judged on there indervidual circumstances and not on any preconceptions we may have. At one point I asked a Femenist teacher of mine (after a Long lecture on why men are evil etc etc) If she realised that men are also assaulted, she could not accept the possibility of this and I never got a good grade again...

Oh well, maybe its just the 8am caffine talking.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it's possible (and not anal rape); even if the guy is unwilling mentally, wouldn't it be easy enough to stimulate him physically and keep his penis erect during?
