That will be an amazing show, I posted pictures in this topic one or two pages back of the same show I went to.

I just saw the Steady Riot Tour last night, with Big D & The Kids Table, Whole Wheat Bread, Exact Change, Brain Failure, Awful Waffle, Sneaky Sea Lion, and End Of Story.

Whole Wheat Bread put on by far the best show, and Big D rocked the house, as did Exact Change. Brain Failure was pretty good but they're more punk than they are ska. I missed Sneaky Sea Lion, and caught the tail end of Awful Waffle, and they're pretty good. End Of Story is horrible though.

Brain Failure are some rockin' motherfuckers though, but they always sound like they're at the end of a Mortal Kombat battle and they're about to rip your heart out when they explain the song's significance. Their guitarist has a badass goatee though, I must say.

I got nailed in the back of the head by a flailing elbow (at least I assume it was an elbow) at the last pit at the end of Big D's set, but other than that, I made it out well.

Does anyone have copies of either of the Whole Wheat Bread CDs that they can send to me? Give me an IM if you can. :]

Heh, yeah. I only stop in occasionally and have looks around, but the tour was too awesome to not post about. Unfortunately I haven't found anyone that has Whole Wheat Bread's Punk Life CD so it looks like i'll be purchasing it. I can't find anyone that sells Exact Change CDs, though. :[

I don't get to go to too many concerts, but even with all the hassle of driving an hour and a half down to the Starland Ballroom, it was totally worth it. I am trying to get back down there for the January 5th show of Badfish (a really sick Sublime cover band) with Echo Movement (reggae/indie rock), Illision (reggae-ish funk rock fused with hiphop), and Scotty Don't (side project of Badfish), but I digress.

I've seen both WWB cds at FYE before, if you have one near you, you could check their, otherwise you could buy it off iTunes.

So I ordered a streetlight manifesto shirt, and it arrived today.

Not too sure about the color, but it looks really good. I have the Stereo and the Bat signal one.

I think the coolest ska shirt I ever saw was this one.

I was going to order from the RISC store, but it seemed to me like it wasn't working properly.

I'd have to say that ska is my favorite genre of music.

The toasters are good my favorite of them is Ska killers I love sublime and my favorite song of all is all my best friends are metal heads by less than jake.
