I was able to track IP movements from anyone that posted from that area. Most of them seem to be coming from the Austin, Texas area. So I did more research....they seem to be a group of kids out of Westlake High School in Austin TX according to their website.
This is not their forum, but a Tripod page of theirs.

Their BBS board, however is located here.

Because of the fact that they DO submit stolen material in order to past, it is a good grounds for banning the IP addresses. But in order to do that, we need Tom, or Wade.

Ip bans dont do shit, you can get past them with a proxy and if they have dial up then ip is dynamic. What is needed would be a hard drive ID ban which would ban their computer, but the could still use other comps so its hard to do anything to permanently get rid of someone over the internet.

Yea I would'nt want them banned if they just posted there crappy flashes(which give me blam points), but if they're stealing flashes to make it so they can get movies throught the portal its gotta be done.
