who's the worst leader?

In my opinion, George W. Bush.

His policies are so bad, especially towards Iraq. It looks like if he fails to invade Iraq, then entire world will fall apart or something like that.

So Iraq 'appears' to have weapons of mass destruction. This is only an assumption. However, Bush is taking this seriously and basically terrifies Iraq. Just recently, Iraq had said 'sorry' to Kuwait. I'm not saying it is bad, but this is mainly because of Bush. Basically, Bush is interfering with Iraq, ignoring Iraq's national sovereignty in indirect way.

Because of this, George W. Bush is the worst leader. Other leaders that I believe is horrible, such as Tony Blair, is only following what Bush is doing.

Good point... although I would say being an idiot is worse because if there was no idiot then nobody would follow the idiot. So, being an idiot creates following an idiot, so being an idiot is worse.

Ronald Reagan was a terrible US President. He was a goddamn actor before becoming president. His economic policies buried the US into awful debt, and its been that way since. Just because none of the White House scandals of his presidency were pinned on him, doesn't mean he wasn't involved.

What!! Reagan was one of the greatest presidents ever. Not only did he restore America's confidence in itself after the dreadful doom and gloom moaning of the Carter years, he brought down the USSR. He saw them crumbling and refused to string them along any farther. He outspent them in the military and refused to negotiate. Most notable was the Reykjavik conference over a nuclear arms treaty (one of the SALTs, I believe). Gorbachev tried to push him around and he simply left. The press and the liberals screamed, "He's bringing about the end of the world." A few weeks later, Gorbachev comes back ready to deal, humbler than ever.

Reagan gave America confidence in itself. Carter's point was always the "malaise over America", how terrible everything was. Reagan came in and said, no. It's a new day in America, the sun is rising, not setting. He had the conviction to say that we are better than the "Evil Empire (as he had the courage to state.)

Wow.. no one has mentioned Hitler or Stalin or Mussolini. I would have thought that most people would have picked them.

(I think theyre great leaders, they were able to control countires and nearly achieve world domination. Hitler ruined Germany's (and italy's) efforts with his insanity and obession with the death of Russia.)

Worst leader ever... The president of Vichy France. (dont remember his name. Pierot or something) He sold out his country to the Nazis and was basically a lackey of Hitler. Shouldnt even be called a leader.

Best leader ever was also a Frenchman... the king of the Franks, Charlemagne (in the 9th century) .
