No there is not an audio insert thingy.
First import you sound bit to your library then go to ytour library and find your sound bit then click on the frame you want the bit on and drag the bit onto the side not on the frame.

There is a Import button..

File > Import > your song/sound/video

Or you can just drag it into the stage..
