What has to be done to protect kids these days? Walmart set their own rules to censor things, and they broke the law this time. But the cops don't care. Reminds me of that episode on the Simpsons, what was it...Bad Cops Bad cops....

Well, just so you guys know, I'm looking for legal advice now. I followed the steps of going to the police to check it out. Now my only alternative is to make sure someone actually gives a damn about thism, a lawyer and a professional 3rd party company that can analyze this crap. The police left me with trying to analyze it myself.

STEPS
1.actually look at it, see if its bad or whatnot
2.fap
3.if hott, save porn to your comp...so u'll have it always and forever
4.call a lawyer
5.get money, hire lawyer
6.sue walmart
7.get rich :)
8.enjoy

Since it seems that they resale used DVDs, I'd burn some of my own work onto some of them as a cheap ploy to advertise to the next sap that gets the unopened pack. Just be lucky though you weren't buying something like toothbrushes or condoms.

I looked at all of the DVDs that Walmart sold me with ISOBuster. There are also movies burned illegally. Chronicles of Riddick, Boondock Saints, another copy of Boondock Saints, Empire (?), and then the disc labeled My Disc (with the folder called "Porn").

Here is the question that I ask you: Is it fair to go to these companies, even the porn companies, and let them know what happened? If you were one of the people from these companies, wouldn't you want to know where your material was going and how it was being sold without your knowledge?

Thanks. Even though I already went to the police and they gave the DVDs back to me knowing that there could be underage porn on it when I told them that I saw the files. I looked at the files myself. One of the girls in the video looks about 16 or 17. There's all sorts of public gangbang material, sex with moms, sex with food, and ejaculation material. It's pretty disgusting.

here's what you do. Claim you bought them for your kid, and when he looked on them he saw disturbing images and was scarred for life. Then hire a good lawyer and SUE WALMART FOR A MILLION DOLLARS!

I walked into the police station and told them that I wanted to file a police report. I told them that there was pornography on the discs that I bought from Walmart. I told them that it could be underage, and that this is illegal anyway. They told me to take it back to the Walmart store, which was right across the street. They didn't want to investigate it. So I had to find out what was on it myself. An incident report has been filed, nothing will happen.
