The Punisher one was good, i wouldnt classify that AHX scene as an action scene, it was powerful though. Othe good ones (Im gonna go with fight scenes)

Transporter/Transporter 2, most of the fight scenes
Bourne Identity when he is fighting the guy in his kitchen then blows up the house
The Untouchables trainstation staircase scene or the scene in which Sean Connery gets killed (up untill he gets killed)
Sin City when Merv gets into a fight (everytime) and the fights in Old Town

The hill fight seen from "A Thin Red Line" is quite awsome. However the rest of the movie takes it up the ass, and as good as that scene is it still dosent make the movie worth watching.

Also Leon vs. the Swat team in "Leon the professional" rocks.
