lol n00bs answering n00bs, well i suggest you learn HTML it is the best way to make a website, also get a program like frontpage or dreamweaver....then learn some flash. Combine all of these together to make a good/decent site

You, however, could manage to make a perfectly good website with nothing more than a good sound knowledge of HTML, access to a program that allows you to edit said HTML (Programs varying from something as simple as notepad, to the complex behemoth that is Dreamweaver), and access to somewhere that will host your website for you (A good list of free web hosts can be found here). From there, all you need is a good bit of imagination, dedication, and a whole lot of heart. That is, if you ever hope to create a website of such grandeur, that it could be compared, in essence, to our ever illustrious Newgrounds.

And try to learn how to use CSS. It's always handy.... + JavaScipt and Flash (Specially of you want an interactive website like Newgrounds) so you'd need to learn ActionScript too...

you know how much of pain in the ass it is, to program all the fucking code in Notepad. But i suppose you could always cheat, and go a site you like, right click and view page source, and rip off your favorite site.

If you want a website that looks pretty, then you can't do much with it. But for a basic website it works fine... I use it, and it's a hell of a lot faster than typing out all the HTML. If you want a fancy site like NewGrounds, though, better go with flash and PHP.
