Yes they could, but like you, they are 15 and don't have a damn clue that Spam is a form of harassment.

You should not have done that, some members did talk about spamming your forum on clockcrew forums but they were threatened to be banned if they did talk about it there, so they didnt really have much to do with your forum being spammed, only a few of the members there. So I guess you get what you deserve!

If you knew anything whatsoever about the clockcrew website, you'd know that the people who run it are not 15 years old. Especially not Trae.

It is actually very easy to look up your ISP from an IP adress, and spamming is like against the rules of the ISP and they could report you and get your INTRAWEB taken away.

I don't think Trae is going to waste his precious time suing RAZ, hes using his time to play XBOX :)

yeah, but when he's not playing x box, he's talking about it on the bbs, and I've learned from experience not to piss him off.

They would have a pretty damn hard time actually proving that YOU were the person who sent the spams to the sight... Internet cases like this are fairly new to the law, so right now I would stake everything I have on the fact that you couldn't get caught. Much more likely than them taking legal action against you would be blocking your IP from the sight, which would take a whole lot less work than taking you to court.

They can use this post as evidence as well, he pretty much admitted to it in this thread.

Yes Raz, I know they know, you did it two times as well didnt you? Once under HomerJSimpson and once as another name.

If you want this thread to go away, you should not have posted it, some people might see as adding their opinion might see it as punishment for you because you dont want them to. (not me)

I still think you should not have done that, Punishment would probably be fair.

My Prediction is right! Because of your behaviour many people will probably want to annoy you or make you feel bad. If you dont want people to respond you should not have said that if your not the most popular person around at the moment.

Yeah, but you could always make the argument that your newgrounds account was hacked somehow. 10 years from now most likely the law will have caught up and you would get nailed for something like this, but now its pretty easy to get away with anything you want over the internet.

But yeah, its a pretty poor decision to make a post on a sight that the people you victimized often visit and then make a full out confession that you did it. You won't go to jail for this, but you will give alot of people who don't like you alot of ammunition.

That is very not true.

You might be able to get away with calling some 13 year old kid a "fag0rt" over AIM, but directly attacking a website and breaking their rules is very easy to prove, trace, and keep records of.

Now i dont know everything that happened, nor do i really care, but if you do something against the rules, its very easy for someone to get your ISP to suspend your account, its just that most of the time people dont care enough to actually do it.

So basically your fate depends on how bad you pissed off the people in question.

NO ONE IS TAKING ANYONE TO COURT!
Man, people like to jump to conclusions. His ISP has been contacted so he could lose his service and have his parents angered. No one is stupid enough in charge of cc.cc to try to sue over this. Also, he did it more than twice, there are at the very least 10 accounts he signed up under to haras the BBS. Also, Clock Crew members range in age from 12 to 33.
