Okay, so I have this video that I want to showcase as a flash file. (I think its an mpeg right now.) Anyway, the thing is only 3 minutes long but like 188 MB.

so heres what I need.

I want a simple freeware program I can use to convert it to a smaller size without ruining the quality.

any suggestions?

wow thats huge, even if you compressed it wouldn't go under 50mb. You can use adobe premier, which is not free, and change the quality and size of the viedeo. But I dont think its possible to make it small enough.

anyway i have the same problem too i have this video in flash and the sfw is 7mb :(
