if only MACs has a wider range of products and an easier way to get them.. they would so kick Windows ass.. And i'd do anything.. i mean ANYTHING.. to not see that blue screen of death anymore..

I dont use a Mac never really plan to either, point is majority is PC users not only connected to the internet but also the majority of computers all together. The schools no longer use mac's, I think only maybe only 500 people out of about 20,000 people in my town use macs.

About the author scores which pop-up...
I think you should change it such that the letter grade of the author drops after a certain number of blammed movies.
There are currently a lot of idiots submiting and RE-submiting their same crap movies twice a day, some even creating separate accounts to submit them more!

The rollover box is the new feature on Newgrounds, where the user can roll his or her mouse over a portal entry, and see its score there, the author's ID, his / her rating, and the file size, without having to go to to the actual entry.

I have a Mac running OS 10.2 (Jaguar) , IE 5.2. Previously the rollovers worked for me, but now they don't. Was that the intended effect?

You're right, it DOESNT work on MACs, or at least some MACs. At home, on my PC, the roll-over feature worked, but here, at my school, on an iMAC computer, it doesn't work. Yeah, you should fix that, but its good that it works for the PCs, since most people use those to get onto NewGrounds.com.

I never had a problem with the thing. Your computers must be badly configured or something. Sheesh.. such illiterate viewers these days. They just.. take and take, and give people like our good man Tom the big load to handle. Damnit. -blinks-

i am not a mac user but never the less having problems with Newgrounds. Nothing major just my user, either someone has taken it over and voted on everything on Newgrounds everyday day for the last few days. Or my user is alittle messed and the server thinks or see it has voted on something it has not. Sometimes when i vote it works but not all the time, and i have logged in and out like 3 times in a row hoping that was my problem. But sadly it wasn't. I just wanted to let you know about this incase it is an actualy problem u can fix
well i hope you can fix it

If the new rollover boxes previously worked for you but now don't, TELL ME!
If you are a MAC IE user who previously had problems and now you don't, TELL ME!
I don't have a MAC so I can't test it. I did a browser detect for MAC IE and set it to ignore the code if that was the case, so MAC IE users should see the Portal the old way - without having rollover boxes. The bugs SHOULD be gone (I hope).
i guess you guys on macs complaining that it no longer works didnt read tims post, so here it is again. and heres a quote: I did a browser detect for MAC IE and set it to ignore the code if that was the case, so MAC IE users should see the Portal the old way - without having rollover boxes.
that means he turned off rollover boxes for macs. damn, people need to learn to read

MAC's are not computers, they are apples, and everyone knows an apple is a fruit.
