Nice Triple post in a row :D. Hughs death was sad (even worse seeing as I almost liked him as much as scar) but it wasn't as sad as Scars (In my opinion). Hughs death made me jump out of my chair and scream to the heavens: WHY CROW WHY?!

I highly doubt it but since the creator of the series hasnt finished the manga it could be done. Which questions btw? Because theres a video somewhere on youtube (not sure if its there anymore) that basically shows modern times and what Ed did with his life. (If you want I can give some details on that)

I mean the official movie "Conquerer of Shambala". Winrey doesn't go with ed and al, she stays behind. Though it was a cliffhanger Ive seen a video where Ed or Al (didnt say who exactly) was retired as an author of some sort and had 3 children (ironically looking like Ed, Al, and Winrey). The children start running around town (Im guessing somewhere in Germany because of the following detail) and come upon Hughs descendant (looks exactly like him) and hes a cop (no surprise). Then the children run towards a theater that shows a huge billboard depicting the story the Father wrote which is basically Conquerer of Shambala.

Now mind you I saw this over a year ago on youtube in Anime Club at school so if anyone else has seen it please fill in anything ive left out or where corrections are needed.

Oh... sorry, I didn't understand your description. BUT, the guy with the nuclear weapons? You mean the guy at the beginning? He doesn't exist, that was just Ed's story that he made up.

As for the other one, it would kill the series if they did that. Also, they had no intention of doing that, nor would they know how to; all the humonculus are dead, Mustang supposedly destroyed the gate on the other side, and they can't use alchemy. Besides, they just said that they were going to destroy the gate. So what would that be all about? "HEY AL CMON LETS DESTROY THE GATE I FIGURED OUT A WAY LULZ" *gate blows up in some way* "YAYZ WE DID IT LULZ". :/ That would be dumb, we know that they'd do it already, and it prevents further questions.

No, he did exist. I recommend you re-read the last 10 minutes of the movie and pay very close attention to what ed and al are saying to each other.

manga = No ending
movie = disappointing
what I want = somewhat happy ending

Literally after I watched the anime and finished it I orignally didn't know there was a movie and I was fucking depressed for like a month! And after I watched the movie I was even more depressed because it was such a crappy ending.

I'm sorry man but hes right it actually Happened, but Heidrich dismisses it as a story.

On that special movie dude, Im not lieing to make myself look cool, im either delusional and those damned inquisitors did it again or god just generally hates that video and utterly destroyed it.
