Who are the Locks n Clocks??

Okay...I love flash cartoons, and am a regular visitor to NG. Not to mention I have been animating for over four years. But I am relatively new to NG forums, so may I inquire as to who are the Lock Crew...the Clock Crew...and any other Crew?? I see them everywhere and I dunno anything about them. Is there a back story? I've only seen a few Clock n Lock cartoons (the ones I've seen aren't really good so if anyone could show me a good one I'd be quite happy.)

I'm not trying to be annoying just wondering...

Yeah, The locks are objects that have locks on their faces while clocks are the same.
