Need AS help on moving

I want my ball to move in a certain direction when touched. how do i tell it where its supposed to go? I just want to know the as how to acccelerate it.

Like a ball game. I want my ball to move in the oposite direction of the place touched. if i touch 90*, i want it to go to 270*
