I know nothing about Sheezy but I have a DA account and it's pretty good. There is a large community of Newgrounds regulars there.

Unfortunately it is against DA policy to use copyrighted music in your Flash content hosted there. So I've had to recently take down my Flash toons from the site (same day I got Daily Deviation no less =P).

I use DA, and am satisified enough not to change over to Sheezy art, probably because I rarely use my account anymore.

deviantART is much better, it offers a better sense of community between it's members, and a lot of prominant flash artists reside there, like the creator of Vinne Veritas, www.kite-ride.deviantart.com
