ITS IN THIS TOPIC U DUMBASS, AND ALSO, I WILL JUST TELL U SINCE U ARE TO IGNORANT TO LOOK YOURSELF. all u do is change all the variables to percent and change the expression where total number of bytes used ot be to 100. i think that was a bit vauge, if u want a more clear version u should go to fargate's post on page 2 i believe

i dont want a precent preloader with actions for ifthisframe loaded blah blah, i already have my movie set up so the loading , is 3 layers, a loadbar, and loadbar outline, and action scripts like
if (_root.getBytesLoaded()!=_root.getBytesTotal(); Goto and play 1, this action is on frame 2 by the way, and on frame 3 i have gotoandplay next scene frame 1, and for my loadbar action i have the
x_scale position 1, where it gets bigger the move thast loaded,
BUT I WANT TO PUT A PRECENT SOMEWHERE IN THERE, i u could have told me in the beggining how to do a precent i could have just added it in there, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO u had to tell me to look for the one with the ifframeloaded shit,
some people.....

Here comes my questions PREPARE YOURSELVES!!!!

1) What perspective is the car sposed to be in for that car script, cuz birdseye view makes it go side way.

2) I need a bunch of things on like walking, Mr.God person your thing helped me none on this. I need to know HOW to make it so that when you press over a different animation walks over. I also need to know how to make key detection.

3) NEWB QUESTON!!!! Where the hell do I find the instance name panel in flash mx?

4) How do I have it so that when my character walks over the screen scrolls? (The one at flashkit.com didn't work)

5) Can you work on my game my email is mobsters_and_mafia@hotmail.com (just say I want to work on your game Mr_stupid_guy!) I need an experienced flash dude for it! I will send game to you!

6) How do I rig it so I can have an arm with a gun moving around following the mouse (which will be an aimer) that does not go past a certain line and float? (See War on terrorism 2)

ok, its not as hard as iamgod666 says, that's not to say its easy, but if you know you're flash, its do-able. rite, i'm asuming that you know how to get a guy to walk arround in all directions, if you don't even know how to do that, don't bother. I'm also assuming you mean the rpg/adventure-style bit that forms the main part of the game, not the other parts. first, to go from each place you'll need an if loop on the main character mc. something like:
onclipevent (enterframe) {
if(this._x>=400) {
_root.gotoandplay("nextbit")
}
}
and have one for each direction you can go in.

not to hard macromedia has prvided a table for all the key codes the one for a is 65 i think...
example is:

Yes, but how do I do an experience points? I know how to do the pushdown junk, its just that experience points, baffle me. My idea is you use your "attack" so many times, it goes up in level. but i can't seem to figure out how to do it.
