I've been away from Newgrounds for a while. What are these new BLAM and Protection points? Can anyone explain the new voting system?

You get a blam point if you vote 1 or 2 on a movie before it gets blammed. You get a protection point if you vote 3-5 on a movie before it survives at 100 votes.

Yeah, I've been away from NG for a week or two. Came back with a name change... hmm.
Oh, and since you've been away, the War on Spam is now in effect and Wade is cracking down on spammers. So, if you spam I suggest you cut it or you might be banned. That's the biggest change on the board, really.

well you get points by voting on movies if you save one (when they are under 100 votes) you get a protection point and same for blam except sometimes its only under 50
