It's been 'deprived' for well over a year before you made that account. I would think an Admin would have put a stop to is running over your priveleges if they felt that what we were doing is unfair.

It's always been frowned upon, and lately with newer users, I've been noticing the ban counts creeping back into sigs. So rather than be really, really petty and delete sigs with no warning, I decided a thread would be in order.

Also note *again for everyone who keeps missing it* that the sigs will be deleted, the user left unbanned. The only time I would be tempted to go to through the rigorous chore of actually omgbanning someone is when they repeatedly upload it in an attempt to thumb their nose.

Hmm, well I like the idea of one stupid thing being stripped away from the internet. There are a lot of irksome things that take place at this site and ban counts in signature happen to be one of them. Newgrounds prevents "hi am new threads", "free blam point flashes" and other restrictions so people don't make an ass of themselves.

Well I am glad that they are enforcing this view. What could possibly be loss from the disability to post a ban count? You would think the same thing would of apply with the question "what could be loss from keeping ban counts?" It is because it's an eyesore. The idea of "I can be an ass because I feel like it or because I can" is bullshit and I think it's good to see this rule do something to put down that arrogance. Now, if this applied to real-life situations which really stripped away a freedom, then I would probably agree with you. But since it is just someone trying to seem badass or find the fact that is funny that he has been banned so much, I don't care if they lose that "privilege".

What about last priority didn't you get? When everything else on the site is dealt with in a reasonable fashion, THEN the BBS gets tended to.

part of what makes NG so successfull is it's HUGE base of members.

Well I'm not going to lose sleep over it...It's just between the two options of agreeing and not, I agree that it should stop or at least not be as common.

The same idea popped into my mind when I typed the word "eyesore", I was hoping you wouldn't notice :X, but a ms paint is sometimes a result in the lack of skill or programs, I'm sure they have more control on what text they put in.

Not everyone on this site cares if they are banned so that's not always a viable threat. That aside, this is all still really REALLY silly. Sometimes I'm with the rules and sometimes I'm with logic. Sometimes both run the same line which works even better, but not in this case.
