But they were always consistent. Never once did the loser in the costume get away, or not say "I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you meddling kids" as he was hauled off to jail

They were consistently crap.The guy in the custome always pissed me off the most though. He'd always be after after some land and instead oh buying it or use blackmail/force to get it he'd try to scare people away by dressing up as some lagoon creature.

There is a lot of Scooby Doo movies. I would know....my mom (seriously) has to collect them all. There are two regular video and like over 15+ animation videos, excluding seasons sets.
