Higher grade, more options.

Lower grade, community college.

Depends on what kind of college. You need pretty decent grades to get in anywhere good, but...I supposed a C+ might get you into Arizona State University.

Depends one which college you are going to. Some colleges are more "pretige" than others.

Also, colleges don't only look at grades. They look at what you have done in high school as in clubs and such. They also look at SAT and ACT scores. Some colleges even look at ethnicity.

Since you stated it so vaugely yes in fact there are some colleges that only require proof of high school graduation. In you averaged your grades what would it be?

You will get into college with the grades you have now. Stop worrying unless your grades start to drop.

If you're 14 you've still got a couple years left to boost your grades. You could also try getting involved with extracurricular activities - I don't know if it'd impress any college people, but it could be enough to at least get you into the running for a couple scholarships. Even small ones are helpful.

Seriously, go to a community college. It's cheaper and easier.

You are only a freshman at most so at least you know what you want.

If you really want to go to college start working now. Prove your damn parents and teachers all wrong. The first thing you have to stop doing is stressing. You are only a freshman you still have time, but only if you start today.

Get off the internet. Go read, go do your homework. Ask questions in class and get all the help you can. Never take your work as its best and always try harder. Find out what you are good at and do it. You'll find that it is easier to be good in school if you find something you are good at or enjoy.

No one here is going to be able to help you. Your teachers are there to help you, let them and if they can't find another student who is willing to help. But most important stay on top of your homework and learn time management.

Do a club or two... don't overload like everyone else. Try and get a leadership position, it really looks good and do your best on the SATs those help as well. Most importanlty is to think positive. As long as you believe you can do well you will.

I only know about Canadian grading system

However,

You could probably go to a cummunity college then transfer if your college grades are good enough.

You could also consider an international education, you can apply to a Canadian college. I don't know how those work either...but I think you just need to write a proficiency test.
