Ok this is some help that i need with getting my homework done. Now look I know that nobody likes to do homework here but I fucking need the help. Someone has got to show me the steps to these problems. I forgot my book in my locker and I need help here.

Ok here are the problems.

1. Tias October earnings were $3,000. Novembers earnings totaled $4,000 (commission basis). What part of Octobers earnings were her November earnings?

2. What part more than 16 is 4?

Help me out here...

i believe these questions are poorly worded.. if i interpret them wrong im sorry.

1. Tias October earnings were $3,000. Novembers earnings totaled $4,000 (commission basis). What part of Octobers earnings were her November earnings?

3000/4000 = 3/4 or 75%

2. What part more than 16 is 4?

16/4 = 4 or 400%
