Important!! In this update, and others, some tutorials have been lacking what we're really looking for. Thanks to user feedback, these haven't been included.

The tutorials that aren't making the cut have a lot of things fudementaly wrong. How should you go about writing a tutorial? Well, I was going to draft up a template, but authorblues just submitted a tutorial that basicaly has everything that's important.

I encourage you to check it out here. I'm using that as an example because it was just submitted, and was done very well. First off, authorblues provides a description of what the tutorial is trying to ACCOMPLISH. I often see people submit tutorials and just jump right into code. Please, provide the reader with a paragraph of what the tutorial is going to teach or just some sort of overview. Organization. authorblues used subheadings to clearly identify new sections. Please, when writing tutorials, use some sort of organization. Whether it's headings like he used, or some other sort of organization, just make sure it's easy to read.

I also want to thank everyone who submitted tutorials that did not make it. I hope you decide to submit future ones. Please just follow the simple guidelines I posted above, as I really hate having to reject tutorials.

Php: Main - Discussion Thread - Please keel ALL discussion about PHP: Main in that thread. Only post links to new tutorials in this thread. Thanks.

We are continuing our "referall" program. If you put PHP: Main in your signature, you can get on the list under supporters with a link to your website. Simply put a link in your signature, and post here and say that you have put it in. You will be included in the next update.

Please pop into PHP: Main discussion thread and suggest some more "other links".

Lastly, this was a hard update. I tried to accommodate all of the name changes and everything, but I probably missed some, so my apologies. Also, I'm a bit rusty as there hasn't been an update in a long time, so please bare with me :)

As always, please report any mistakes.

And 20,000 views later :)

Just wanted to say great job to everyone.

I personally want to thank everyone who has contributed tutorials or put PHP: Main in your sig. We have done an excellent job of publicizing it around Newgrounds.

So, I hope to see some new tutorials soon, and thanks again!

I saw you still used my other nickname (EccinNET) for the Counting Line breaks tutorial and used the correct one for my Search Engine tutorial.
I know, it was a bit confussing, but it looks like I have only submitted one and so does EccinNET (who the hell is that guy? :P).

Hope you can alter that. :)

I was actually shocked when doing the update, over 80 tutorials. I'm trying to think what else is needed.

Also you're good to go for the next update which is standing by.
