Actually I've always translated it as "If you ever do somthing for nothing, do it for yourself".
Somthing on the lines of "looking out for number one" sort of thing.
Yeah that makes more sense. Oh and Loughborough's not that near Yorkshire. Well not relatively close when you usually live in it anyway.
I say one is going a bit doolally at the moment as one has a mathematics examination in the morning. So if I never post on here again it's been nice stereotyping this fine country with you. Have a glass of brandy on me.
Here is to Lord Scratch, though we hope to see him again as a regular. CHEERS, bleugh Jeaves this Hennesy is terrible how many times have I told you Remy Martins for brandy, IDIOT !

Now now, there's no need to go all Tory party on us, old boy. This is the Tea Party HQ, we'll have no trouble here.
Jooly good slogan DAMainMan, old chap. Shame we're a little late to jump on the old electoral bandwagon for the EU, eh

Ujm, then why post the topic if you yourself said it was A very stupid post.
See, there is evidence up there.
*Shakes head* silly american chap, we feel we must educate you this thread is a satirical thread poking fun at the morons of the world who say "Gee, they must all speak like the queen in England", I believe that most of the time its uppity colonialits who come here just to meddle in things they don't understand so they come up with "This thread is stupid" well old bean one suggests you go to a pre school BBS as that maybe suited more to your intelect

Long live The Weebl, and all he stands for
One thinks that if the French manager goes dolalaly and puts a snake in goal then england will win, only if Sven goes equally crazy and chooses a team of badgers though, Also one must comment on the PM's whereabouts its like he's in exile whatwhat one belives that we must come up with more positions since we only have three PM, Minister of thread interferers and Minister of class(most important one believe), one thinks that after C83's comments on the beer or sex thread he should be appointed minister for beer and totty though we must have more positions filled, come on chaps rack your brains. Oh well of to watch the Italien Job (the original) because I am a true patriot, incidently that is my faveourite film but when I put in my profile it came up with the new one, the horrible horrible remake, oh well tea anyone?
At 6/3/04 12:58 PM, EtonBoy wrote: one thinks that after C83's comments on the beer or sex thread he should be appointed minister for beer and totty
Minister for having a good time, I hear you say, Eton, old chap. Done.
How about these:
Minister for Englishness(Home Secretary): checks that people are 'being English' and so forth
Minister for English Sport(Sport Minister): Keeps us all updated on all sports when England or GB are playing.
Minister of English Transport(Transport Secretary): Talks incessantly about Rollers, Bentleys, Jag-wahs, Morgans as well as other bits of English Transport (QEII, etc)
Chancellor: Keeps Joxa on his toes(Brown/Blair), tells us who is the richest and comes up with ideas to make us money.
Any more ideas, chaps. We're nowhere near a full cabinet yet.
One whishes to take deputy PM on as well as minister of class
I'll second that, old chap.
How about Minister for food (Melton Mowbray pork pies, Cheddar Cheese etc) after all, we need someone to do Prescott's job, eh chaps

Stella? A Belgian tipple? Pah! One should drink real ale, old chap. Something like 'Badger's Golden Champion' it comes highly recomended from the barman at one's local
That sound suspisiously like Bitter bleurgh, one faveourite drink is Corona although you can only really get at it at those bars that are full of pussys. Damn I am feeling too common to day, one must dig out ones aquasctum suit
At 6/3/04 03:17 PM, EtonBoy wrote: That sound suspisiously like Bitter bleurgh,
Apparently, it is bitter, but with the sweet taste of honey accompanying it. I myself much prefer the spirit realm and am currently working my way along the top shelf at my local, what what. Only 12 1/2 more feet to go out of about 30
top show old boy, quick tip for sprits, if you want to get extemely drunk extremely quick try Barcardi 151 £70 a bottle its 151%proof whuch is about 70% alcoholic volume, that or absinth but get cezch absinth as its much better than the french stuff the sell in Tescos (whats it called Afee?). That or just drink some Woods 100 ah I remember when my grandfather first gave it to me (Sod the Worthers try this) Ah fond memories.
:and if yu americans post we'll duff you in the noggin!
duff? thats birtish? u say that over there?

Tis for a worthy cause, old boy. Think nothing of it
