I say one does not need party hand outs to support ones army, because one only has three divisions, one tank,one artillery,and one infantry. One also has 2 air squads made up of Spitfires, and Lancaster bombers, plus ones battleship H.M.S Dave as it looks like the battleship H.M.S Rodney.
