Ok Nomader, I have a question. What exactly do you review that yeilds such a high rate of responses? I'm just curious. You don't have to let your secret out, but you surely don't have to fear me catching up to you. Nevertheless, I'm still curious.
I just don't understand what would be a good choice for a submission to review if you're looking for a response. O well.
#1 - Only review submissions your pretty confident will yield a resopnse. (Glance through all the already made reviews, and see what your chances are to get a response)
#2 - Go for authors that your confident will yield responses (X-Naut, _Guardian_, Bahamut7, Bezman are all good authors)
#3 - When reverting to rule #1, it's much more common that a more poor quality flash will yield responses, due to the fact that they may actually care about your reviews. Good idea is, after a submission passes judgement, click ones that are not colored.
#4 - If an author only responds to certain types of reviews, read through them, and see how the person wrote - put your review in that flair
I only have 243 reviews. But, nearly half of my reviews are responses, because I follow those 4 rules.
I can't guarantee it will always work - but chances are (especially #2), it will.
Good Luck! *don't pass me...*
