But to stay on that list I had to stop reviewing. But I can't, because I'm in the RRC, where I am "forced" to write reviews (have to keep that completion rate high! It's bad enough already that I've lost my 100% completion rate a few weeks ago).
Also, I have to write more reviews to gain more responses to be higher in the top 100 responses list. ;)

I ask this, because I don't know of anyone but you who holds that definition of summer (I also had never heard of summer holidays that start "around August"... I know of school years that end anywhere between near the start of May to mid-July... but end of July/August? My god, that's "a bit" late... IOW, extremely late).

For me, summer pretty much means: between Memorial Day and Labour Day. IOW, from the last weekend of May to the first weekend of September, or however exactly it goes that year (but usually that's when those holidays are).

But technical summer, of course, is from the summer solstice to the autumnal equinox. And that's about the same length of time, only 3 weeks later at the start and finish. So either one works for me.

I see. Well, then you've got to do what Coop and Bahamut do. Try to keep the responses pouring in at an acceptable rate of return... whilst simultaneously reviewing like a motherfucker. My semester break is from 14. July to 20. October. ;)
Plus, I have birthday in August. Sometime in my childhood I made the connection "My birthday is in summer. So summer = August". And this connection still is intact somewhere in my mind, I guess. :D

I'm not exactly a review monster. Molotov has done that moniker a kindness over the past month. I can only hope that he's done for now, resting at 5k reviews, so I can re-pass him for responses! My goal has suffered a minor setback, that's all!

That's not how it works. You gain responses, by writing reviews that prompt the author of the flash to respond to your review. This stat is the total number of flash reviews that have been responded to

Huh? I don't ignore links if you say link alert OR post the URLs. I would ignore them if I totally missed them because you didn't use the URL AND you didn't mention in the text that there was a link (or make it clear through subtext), because I often read LONG posts on Wi/Ht? via the quoted text, not the actual post.

BEEBO part 1
BEEBO part 2

The original 2 are probably the best pure BEEBOs.

My personal fave is part 6, but it's part of a large arch plotline that basically takes place in 3-4-5-6-7, so.... while I'd recommend you to watch 6, it'd be better to watch it while watching all of the eps (you might as well watch 8 and 9 at that point, after all, even though that new arch hasn't been completed by fabulous999 yet ;_;....)

So yeah. Watch 1 and 2 at least. Dey iz teh good, especially 2 (but 1's the original, and it's got the Pope... still... 2 has a couple of Aussies you might be familiar with).

A) there's a review request thread where you can make such bids for reviewers.... and
B) I've got a certain author I need to review 15-20 movies of soon that will be giving me... well, 15-20 responses. Don't assume that responses will automatically motivate every single person in this thread to review your flashes immediately. You should totally tell us more about the movies aside from "my movie which is underrated."

Yeah I guess so. But it´s still odd to see an admin with so many reviews.

And... it´s even more odd that most of them are actually pretty crappy one-liners =/ I would expect that a staff member would at least try to give a good example by writing decent reviews. But he does give a lot of support and I suppose people appreciate that, especially from an admin.
