It's an off-rebel group. Basically they accept all flashes, no matter the quality, as excellent so long as they have clocks in them. NG users who are dislike clocks or are Anti-Clock blam a majority of the clock movies, which only spur the Clocks to produce more.

Meh sticks animations are better there aculey harder to make then a crappy clock movie but making a differnt unique style rules!!!
