Okay, I hate to tell you this, but Mexico, Canada and You (U S) signed a treaty indicating that the north american free trade agreement tribunal had the final word in terms of trade issues in North Amereica. Their ruling was that US introduced taxes that were against the agreement, and, basically, the americans broke their own treaty that they signed
