help! drag?

Yo! can u help me?
I gots mess with flash. I'm tryin to make somthin you can drag with the mouse, but when I test my movie it drags the whole screen with it. This is the actionscript i used:

on (press) {
startDrag ("");
}
on (release) {
stopDrag ();
}

Thats da action a made for a button that i wanted to be able to drag. Can you help me?

Sure!

You have to make a movieclip and in that movie clip you put the button of the thing you want to draw, and put this action on the button while it is in the movie clip thats it hope i've helped, if not, post here again
