No, I don't want steriods. But are there any natural muscle enhancers that help you put on muscle better? I feel like I'm stuck at the point I'm at now. I've been lifting weights for about 2 years and I don't see as much improvement as I first did, but I've never taken any suppliments.
Any suggestions? Amino acids or something?

I heard Creotine works. My brother also uses it. But I heard those some health risks involved with it, not near as bad as steriods, but you might want to read a little on it.

Seriously, You do know how to lift weights right?
I mean I doubled my muscle mass in just 2 months. I didn't have anything to start with but considering I actually became toned in just 2 months made me a believer in good health.

What's your workout?
Perhaps that's the problem--My friend bitches all the time how he works out everyday for the past year, and unnable to shed a pound.
But then again,
all he does is stand in water for 2 hours instead of swimming several laps.
If it's a matter of diet,
best solution is to find your correct calorie and protein intake. Several muscle magazines have this formula (I'm sure you can find it if you googled up some.)
Supplements only give you temporary gains. (Creatine forces water into your muscle, and thus it looks like you're getting big-- but really, it's just your muscles plumped with water, and that's all...)
The 3-3-3 method is an oldie, but it's been good. 3 liver tablets (or protein supplement), plus 3 amino acid pills-- every 3 hours.
BTW,
Tuna is the cheapest protein out there.
When I wrestled, I ate tuna like hell. I even made a tuna smoothie that tastes pretty good (till the after taste creeps up). Just use orange juice concentrate, crushed ice, some milk and avocado, and Metamucil. Blend them all, and gulp it. It tastes like a smoothie for a minute at first, but after a second, you can definetly taste all the crap.

Oh yes...
Let your muscles grow too...
If you do too much excercise, you will not grow.
Tire out your muscles till pain will allow you, then let it recover for at least 3 days. Some bodybuilders work out only once a week. They do it in such a way that work out everything out till over exhaustion, and then they recover for the rest of the week.
Rest does make a difference.

mags will not help you, as they contain the workouts that fit those who have nothing more to do than lift weights all day.

Doubling your muscles mass in 2 months? Unless you started off with 5 pounds of muscle, that smells of pure bullshit.
No offense Doofy, but I doubt you're benching over 200 lbs with the bulk you have on that frame of yours. Now all BS aside; I recommend you up your protein intake to 1.5 g your weight per day. If you want to get into supplements, you might want to try Creatine and Tribulus.. maybe some Maca as well. That's if you want to keep to "natural" bodybuilding.
Don't believe whatever the steroid heads tell you at the fitness shop.. those guys are the greatest con artists.

Well I was a skrunny little teenager aged 17. I had enought hormones in me to be able to do it. I only weighed 160 pounds.

Umm.. no. Creatine also grants a considerable increase in ATP, granting you that extra kick for a rep. It also helps alleviate, and in some cases eliminate muscle soreness after intense workouts,
Popping amino acid pills is complete garbage. You get all the essentials in your protein shakes and meat. Omega acid 3-6-9 tablets are recommended though, with every meal. I also forgot to mention that 6-oxo, or even ZMA before bedtime is also a plus.

theres no magic muscle enhancers..
creatine helps in muscle recovery in turn allows you to lift more and become stronger/bigger..
mixing creatine with L-glutamin makes it betterer..
you also want protein and lots of it.. i cant stand the taste so i stay right away from protein shakes etc.
or steroids.. they are good.

I made my own diet, it turned me from a short, weak guy into a short, strong guy. It's called the "Fuckloads of BLTs and Steak Diet". All you do is eat BLTs for Lunch and Steak for Dinner and play lots of sports and the improvement in you physical strength and muscle size will be noticeable, within about 8 months. I'm not kidding, this is what I do.

Somewhat crude.. but to each his own. Sticking to high quality proteins and restricting carbohydrates is much more efficient, though.

Eat protein. Don't buy into those expensive protein shakes, though.
Eat healthy meats, such as fish, poultry, and to a lesser extent, lean beef and pork. Also eat chicken and beef liver, if you can stand the taste.
Also, eat beans and rice. The two are complementary proteins--the combination of the two create protein.
Also, drink skim milk. It's a good source of protein, but it's not as fattening as whole milk is.
So often times it happens, that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we had the key...

I weigh 195lbs and 215 isn't a lot considering my weight. It's all in ratios, I want to get to at least 150%.

Do buy QUALITY protein though. Something that'll deliver 25 + more grams of protein to 0-1 g of carbs, and 0g fat,

No, don't eat pork.

True, but the excess carbs are just extra junk in the trunk.

There's a bit of truth! Drink your milk, and you'll grow strong, just like me.

Try power lifting.
Body building magazines teach you how to tone not how to power up
If you want to become a strong man you need to try out power lifting.
Lift your max weights a couple of times ever other day. It won't help endurance and its bad the joints but its the only way you can get pound for pound strength.
My max lift is about 300 LB which is abour 170% of to my body weight. But I use my legs not my arms. My arms can't lift crap alone (35Kg maybe).
But I am a runner so I can't be top heavy.

muscle building is a slow process, that is, if you want to stay healthy doing it. Sure, you can binge on protein and working out, or even take supplements and steroids, but the only healthy way to go about it is to lift for three years or more. This is the natural way. Any other method can have bad effects, but those vary depending on how much you implement those methods.
Also, I notice a lot of people that work out ONLY lift. This will not do it. You'll still look fat, just bulkier. To get a nice body you need cardio/vascular and arobic work. This, over a few years, trims down the fat around your muscles giving them nice definition. In fact, there should be more of this in your workouts than just strength trainin. Go swimming, or run, or bike. But if you do it, do it longer than thirty minutes. Also, do it at least three times a week.
There is no shortcut to success. There is also no shortcut to a healthy, stable, attractive body. It takes a lot of time and effort. Especially if you're working yourself from being out of shape.

Too much protien is bad. Protein isn't the cure all, The more protien you process at one time, the harder it is on your kidneys. Chances are you guys drink too so its killer on your kidneys.
Eat healthy meats, such as fish, poultry, and to a lesser extent, lean beef and pork. Also eat chicken and beef liver, if you can stand the taste. No, don't eat pork.
I agree pork = fat. so does beef. Go for the White chicken mean. Actually go for the beans beans and peanuts.
Also, eat beans and rice. The two are complementary proteins--the combination of the two create protein.True, but the excess carbs are just extra junk in the trunk.
Carbs are good for energy. Sugar = ATP. ATP = energy. Just make sure to burn off what you eat. Don't feel bad for eating 2 pounds of food after a good work out...
Also, drink skim milk. It's a good source of protein, but it's not as fattening as whole milk is.There's a bit of truth! Drink your milk, and you'll grow strong, just like me.
Milk has Lactic acids and bad some nasty sugars in it. Fats too. Dairy companys promote milk by buying rights to produce the food charts. Obviously they are going to show biasism towards milk if they are the ones making the 4 food groups. We were never meant to drink another animals milk (I support the human milk companys that may exist in the future)

You might want to try spouting less BS Seyton.. You're only half right at best with the info you're supplying. This might be the allmighty internet, but let's not forget that there are those with actual knowledge pertaining to specific topics.
