What's with the users?

Why is it that the majority of level 1-3 users are people who signed up at 4 or more months ago? Why is it that its these guys who, when they finally start voting and reviewing, are the ones writing abusive reviews? Anyone care to answer

There are a great many more users levelled 1 - 3 than any higher, so the chances of those users being the majority in anything are high. Generally, users who have actually put in the effort to level up extensively obviously value something about NG, so wouldn't want to cause too much trouble.

I believe the right to flag movies and abusive reviews should be restricted, at least until level 9.

They aren't all abusive (Neither the reviews nor the writers of them), but most probably think they can do better, which makes them arrogant. I suppose that it'll calm down when they submit their first flash and it gets blammed (quite funny, how those who brainlesly blam others get blammed themselves).
