Many murderes regret their decision and keep thinking to himself 'why have I done such a thing'. This means that most murders are done because of short outrage over someone. For example, a guy sweared at you because you were driving slow. Most people would be outraged over this. If murder was legal, then obviously you would kill that person. However, it is likely that you would do two things next. One, you would feel very bad for yourself for doing so and be very depressed, or Two, you would think there is no way to redeem yourself, so you'll feel desperate and out of that desperation you will kill another person that had only done a little bit. To prevent this, murder has been set to illegal, or there would be too many people killing others for trivial matter, like the above example.

True...murderers often do things like that, and then they sort of wake up after they committed their crime. Some murderers committed their crimes under the influence of certain drugs, like alcohol.

However, there are some people whom are cold-blooded killers, who do stuff like murdering people for the "fun of killing".

well i am kinda in the middle i mean then i would be afraid someone would want me dead even though i try not to be disliked by many. but i think some people should be dead! i mean some people are just so stupid. if you can't kill them then you should at least be able to hit them really realy hard in the head with a shovel! i mean my god they never get a clue. to some extent i wish you could just kill people but with a good reason like go to court over it and say come on we dont' need them they can't think for themsleves put them out of there misery! and the court agrees and then bam gone. i just hope the reverse doesn't happen to me. anyway this world is already overly populated and i hate that. i mean we are running out of room for everyone there should be a law no more than 2 kids per family like china. only there is 1 kid and they have it killed if its a girl. or somthing like that anyway we are running out of space and most of it is graves. a whole bunch of dead people are taking up space i say creamt all of them leave more room for us to grow farms or something like that. so yeah i would have to agree with the whole murder thing. it would make sense. i know a couple people i would get rid of.
