Nothing you can do to get rid of it.Try to buy some cream to stop the itching and the swelling. It will go down over time. Just try not to irritate it.

Try to stay hydrated, keep your salt intake up as well and have some sugar water too. Drinking pure water will do no good. Avoid eating dairy products or any fruit juice for awhile. If you don't notice any blood, that's a good thing. It doesn't sound like you have any fevers or chills either.

Not much you can do but let your body try to clear the bug so give it time.
If your asshole is raw from all the shitting, wash it with some warm water.. use only a bit of soap but a strong soap can make it worse.. the reason why you should use some is that if you get some bacteria on your hands, you could ingest it again and get sick all over again.
Apply vaseline afterwards.

If you have had diarrhoea for a long time (like for more than 3-5 days) go see a doctor....

Some of it works, some of it doesn't. The general public does not realize how much work goes into drug testing and the science behind it. Anyone can say 'oh the experiements were biased and weren't run properly' but homeopathy doesn't even go through any clinical trials. It's an industry out to make money like anyone else but they hide behind the pretense that it's natural so it's good for you. Lots of natural things can kill you too. That being said, if it works for you and doesn't cause you harm, go ahead and take it.
You have to realize that a lot of modern drugs are based off of naturally occuring substances.
There's a psychological aspect to using conventional medicine and homeopathic drugs.

Modern day science and medicine alienates people so they turn to homeopathy.

I've never heard that thick blood could be a result of a high carb diet but a high fat and high cholesterol diet could cause that. I've never heard of lemon shaped blood cells before either. Do you have sickle cell anemia? Or malaria?
You likely have some sort of blood disorder that is interfering with the normal healing process but I can't determine anything with what you've given me.
