All the original punks were nazis, so do whatever you want.

Because 2,000 years of "For God so loved the world" doesn't trump 1.2 million years of "Survival of the Fittest."

I figured they were too much of anarchists to follow the nazi regime.
But that's not the point, you shouldn't be asking questions like this. Don't let your genre or your category define the decisions you make. In fact don't confine yourself to a genre or a category at all. Don't say I'm a Punk or I'm Emo or any stereotypical classification of how you act. Be your own person, listen to whatever damn music you want (whether its punk or not), and make your own decisions.
Besides, it seems that the only way to be a true punk these days is to be a huge supporter of Bush, (as quoted from Trey Parker and Matt Stone).

Here.
Decide what you hate more: government, corporations, or both.
If you hate government more, become a libertarian. If you hate corporations more, become a socialist or a Marxist. If you hate both, become an anarchist.

You know, it's a tough question. While "punks" are often associated with the Green party and other liberal organizations, I think that it's a pretty open court. The original punks (who were _not_ Nazi's, as some have said, but often a response to Nazisim) were true anarchists (in the chaotic sense of the word).
The reality is, though, is that punk isn't really about an attitude towards government, but rather about how you act as an individual and how you form your personality absent of corporate, government, or political influence. The music doesn't change, and the lifestyle doesn't have to change.

I dont think punks have to be liberal. I just think they disagree with all forms of order. They prefer chaos. So most likely you would not fully agree with either side because both sides want some sort of order. Maybe you should watch a kick ass movie called SLC Punk because it is fucking awesome and makes a lot of people open their eyes about being punks. I would also like to note that im not a punk but I do agree with a lot of ideas that they do have.

Do whatever you want. Why do you have to fit within a certain label. Why do you even want to? Listen, if you feel a certain way about something, don't let some stereotype herd you into pretending you don't feel that way. Being part of a stereotype is the enemy of free thought. And, to be honest, the fact that you're so willing to allow the "punk" mentality reign you into thinking a certain way, you might be better off conforming to the rest of the group. Defy both sides? I think you're about as defiant as a cow raised for slaughter.

By "punk" do you mean you are a violent anarchist? Or just someone who likes the Sex Pistols, Dead Milkmen and yes, even Green Day? Either way, choose your own side. Don't become something because it's cool.
Injured Workers rights were taken away in the 1920's by an insurance company (WCB), it's high time we got them back.

By the sounds of it, you aren't a punk at all. A punk shouldn't need to ask what he/she should think, punks should be very much individuals.
You sound more like a wannabe than anything else.

Once your old enough to vote and your opinion on things actually does matter, you won't care about your social status of being a "punk". Hell if I had a social status it would probably be more in the black metal crowd and I strongly believe in a capitolistic democracy, or in other words what conservatives should be.
Our growing dependence on laws only shows how uncivilized we are.

Actually, marxists "hate" the government too, because in the final stage of communism there will be neither corporations nor government. Socialism is just a phase in which all the means of production are property of the government.

Just because you belong to a sub-culture doesn't mean you have to espouse the political agendas popular among your peers. I'm a college student and a nerd and most members of both of these groups tend to be moralists/idealists. But I embrace the antithesis of that philosophy and have become mopre of a anti-ethisist/realist.

Yeah, true that. Marxism is further out there, but maybe it belongs in the anarchist category.

Waitasecond. Doesn't he run the risk of falling into another category? Like 'Amish'? You need to give the boy more structure than that!
