Well the roof is going to be especially expensive if you get a professional company to do it. (Which is what I would guess you are doing)
How much roofing is there to replace anyway?

Well, a lot of ASers cant animate very well (like me) yet the games have a good chance of winning. I'm really excited about the prizes cause this is the first month that I feel that I have a high chance of winning!

It was discovered during the inspection but I just accepted it since I'm already getting the building below asking price. It's all bubbly and stuff - one of those things that eventually needs to get replaced every 15 years or so. The building is gonna have all sorts of new unexpected expenses but I'm balls to the wall and gotta follow through with the dream.

No - the prizes listed are IN ADDITION to the cash rewards. They just happen to be worth $250 as well.

The $250 cash comes from ad revenue. The rest of the prizes are provided by sponsors who want to promote their stuff. When I say I want to eventually give away cars and video game consoles, I mean I hope sponsors will supply them in exchange for promotion. If I had enough money to give winners a car, I would just give them the money instead of the car. :)

or you can learn flash. I could care less about UotM. There's a 1 in 800000 chance of winning it, and its all luck. Luckily, it's a lot easier to win a flash award cause if your good, you'll win one eventually.
