I Stopped Smoking!

After finding out menthol cigarettes can make your lungs bleed over time, I stopped smoking completely...I feel fucking great!

A friend at my job stopped smoking by smoking a pack at once and throwing up.

Ha, I recently stopped smoking too. What made it easier was this really old bitch in my sign language class that just reaked of tobacco and sounded awful. I had to replace it with heavy amounts of caffeine though. I haven't been sleeping well lately.

Good luck, in about a week or two you might get some strong urges to smoke again.

You could try my friend's method of smoking an entire pack at once and throwing up...he said it help him and two of his friends...I guess if you have the will to quit then try it.
