I use to get freaked out by Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, Nemisis would scare the shit out of me when I was younger.

Only game that scared me was Half-Life 2. Sure their may be gorier games, and games with more pop out at you stuff, but Half-Life 2 is so realistic that it makes it literally bone-chilling.

Only playing Half-Life at night.
