FINALLY!!!! I can go to newgrounds again. Stupid roadrunner... I know it was only a few days, but it felt like years :(

I have RR at my moms house and dads house, and NG doesnt work at my dads, but at my moms...weird, but at least i know what was wrong yesterday :D

Yes! NG is finally working! 2 days without it drove me crazy.

We are getting situated at the new office! We won't have an internet connection until the end of next week at the earliest, so I still have to work from home until then. It's so freaky being at the office, knowing it is the future home of Newgrounds. It's all so REAL now. It's been years since I first decided NG needed an office and this place was worth the wait! I'll finally post pictures soon!

I wish I had kept a journal of this entire process, I might try to put something together and post-date everything. It's been a heck of a process to get an office building. It's tough because I have a lot of borderline "personal" stuff I feel like posting, but a lot of it seems too trivial for the front page (I should be focused on the Flash, after all), meanwhile, posting on the BBS seems out of place as well. Gotta get that personal blog!!!

I have not read anyone elses response to this post but I have a couple of points.

1) The way I understand it, you are planning on placing the main office on the 2nd floor and I hear through the rumor mill that you want to put an art gallery on the 1st floor. COME ON!!!! an art gallery????? Please, save that for the Ben Franklin Parkway, you need to open up a bar man. Or a taco bell, either way you win!

i agree but maybe he wants maybe like a blog for the NG office staff. something for mor personal stuff. i'm sure if Tom did use the front page, it would be flooded (in a nice way) with things in his real life.

Good news about AH, Tom, I'll be finnaly able to play it.
On a side note, did you think of installing a middle-sized scupltor of the NG tank in your office.

Whew that was a long 2 days! At first i thought the website was down. Then i started to find out on RG that NG was still up. Then i started to think that i was banned from the website. SO then i e-mailed wade and liljim. James e-mailed me back and said that roadrunner was have problems with cogent.

I'm just happy that NG is up for me. ^--^

alien hominid is being made for the GBA? wow. you run a website, your engaged, you made alien hominid for the GMC and PS2 gamming systems, and now your making it for an even smaller system? your gonna get rich in the coming years with all your game profits.

Thanks for that Tom. I may sound stupid for saying this, but I'm grateful I'm using AOL right now since they don't have problems with connecting to NG at the moment. Also, the GBA Alien Hominid, I'm not too sure if I will get it.

Oh my god...have you seen Wade's myspace page lately? If you made one of your own, you'd be flooded with friend requests. As much as we'd love to see a myspace page from you, Tom...well, we'd expect regular postings!

Either that, or just keep the NG Lit Section regularly updated!

Tom, you guys gotta paint a giant NG tank on the wall (full along with the silhouette city background, and the sun rays.) That'd be awesome! I mean the entire wall!

Effectively it couldn't be hard to make 2d images into 2d images on another console.
Maybe they will be sprites, who knows, maybe I'll do something Alien Hominid related myself.
