An Ode to -Shadow_XII-

Shadow. In the few months I have been a part of the ng bbs, you have stood out to me as an exemplary contributor to the forums. Your posts have been humorous, witty, thought-out, controversial and most of all, entertaining. Although at times you have done things which are not advisable to attempt, through it all you remained true to your character. I speak for a lot of people when I say that I care about you (in a platonic way <_< >_>), and there is no reason to feel depressed and alone when you have built up such a fan base through your participation on the bbs. As Shrapnel said: you are a regular, which really means that you are a valued member of the ng community, and you should never forget that. I believe this ode has been a long time coming, and I would just like to thank you for being who you are. Of course, this does not detract from personalities of the other people who have befriended me on the bbs, you too are all special in my eyes. I just think that Shadow is one of the more underappreciated members of our community and deserves recognition for his role on the bbs.

Paragraphs aren't stanzas.
I was referring to the fact that it was more of a gushing letter than an actual ode.
But I suppose anyone could argue poetic license, which is gay, but an almost watertight defence when it comes to defending shitty poems.
