What is the hardest Megaman game.

I'm talking about the original Megaman series 1 through 9 so what would you say is the hardest one,as for me i would have to say part 1 just cause of Wily's castle but i can beat them all pretty easy.

I always died just before the last boss on Megaman 4 and would beat the living hell out of my nes for its insolence. God that made me mad!

Mega Man was by far, the hardest one to beat. The day I finally beat Dr. Wily was the most glorious day of my life. I can beat Mega Man II and IV with my eyes closed now. I don't know whether they were easy or the fact that I played them so much.

I felt that way when i beat part 2,3,4,5 and 6 without dying. =)

Oh yes, 4, 1, 8, 6, and 2. I've beaten 1 twice and 3 thirteen times (and counting) 7 once, but the rest none. oh yeah, 8 and 5 were the hardest. when i finnaly got to the end orf 1st fortrees in 5, I went and hit my Nes with a bat to find there was another fuck1ng fortress. Damn you, capcom. DAMN YOU

The first one was, without question, the most difficult ever. I have been playing it off and on on my gameboy for years and to no avail. I think only a couple of times have I ever even got to Dr. Wiley himself, you have to go through like 4 bosses first without getting a break to recharge health or restock lives or anything and THEN you fight Dr. Wiley.

Great game besides though. One day I'll beat it. One day.

(Side note, this is the only Mega Man game I've ever played, besides Mega Man X and X2, with X's Sigma boss being incredibly hard)

I concur, MM1 was in my opinion is the hardest to beat. I never owned it, but played it through dubious methods, and still never beat it legitimately. MM2-6 and MMX1-3 were cakewalks compared to it.

C'mon chief, get on the ball. You can buy or rent the original MM series 1-6 or somethin on one disc for the PS2 I think.

MegaMan 1 - The Rock monster was hell in that game ( easy if you used the Thunder Beam Exploit)

I don't like using other weapons besides the megabuster but sadly the only way to beat the rock monster in MM1 is the Elec beam.

Because my friend was borrowing the Megaman Anniversary Collection, and I got bored one time, so I play it. I play the 1st one first, expecting the original to be easy. Man, was I wrong.

I choose a boss (Don't remember which one), and I can't even reach the boss, so I try another area, reach the boss, and he was kicking my ass.
So I try the other Megaman's, and all the same product. So I get mad, and turn it off, and play Burnout: Revenge.

Megaman doesn't like me.

AI is....CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE!

I played megaman IV for ages on my gameboy, and never finished it once. For years i couldn't get past the first 8 bosses...

now i found a website that hosts them (dno if its legal, so i won't post) and i can't even reach the bosses anymore...
makes me sad :s

Megaman-Wily Castle 1: DAMN U YELLOW DEVIL!

Megaman VII-Final Boss: My damn controller broke while I was facing him, I got lucky and beat him though

Megaman VIII-Wily Fortress 1: God, the beginning of that stage pissed me off so much. I always kept dying right at the very end.
