How can anyone be so good in graphics like in fftribute or ganguro girl. I can't get the hang of drawing good in flash!

i've been workin a team project with a ton of my friends for nearly 5 months almost finishd i cant draw either but i have a ton of pix and photoshop so i just edit my pix and thats how i make flash
