Louis Farrakhan: Divers Found Levee Explosives

Nation of Islam chief Minister Louis Farrakhan has expanded on his theory that New Orleans' levees were blown up during Hurricane Katrina, announcing Friday that divers working on the levee break have found evidence of explosives.

"These explosives are from the government side," he said during a press conference in Memphis held to promote his upcoming Million Man Anniversary March.

In quotes picked up by Memphis TV station WMC, Farrakhan demanded an investigation into the Bush administration's levee plot. If true, he insisted: "somebody is guilty, then not only of mass destruction of property, but of mass murder."

Farrakhan predicted that when New Orleans is rebuilt, it will be "a white city."

"It will be rebuilt to the exclusion of the poor who have been dispersed all over the country," he said.
Two weeks ago, the firebrand Muslim leader announced that he'd uncovered the levee plot.

"I heard from a very reliable source who saw a 25 foot deep crater under the levee breach," Farrakhan explained during a stop in Charleston, South Carolina. "It may have been blown up to destroy the black part of town and keep the white part dry."

It's people who write articles like these who keep the tinfoil industry afloat.

There is of course going to be a crater on the other side of the levee. It's simple, it's caused my a massive amount of water erosion from the massive amount of water that flowed into New Orleans. It occurred in my backyard when our 32 inch pipe filled with water dumped onto a soft soil surface. There was an approximately 2-3 foot radius crate caused by the force of water flowing onto the piece of land. It would be completely erroneous then to immediately assume that this crate was caused by explosives. It wasn't! These people need to stop using the race card, because once you use it so many times in the wrong way, people will stop believing. Stop crying wolf about New Orleans black people.

Oh yes, yes indeed, we found EVIDENCE! Evidence of EXPOSIVES?

What's the evidence?

Oh no, you have to guess what it is first. Go ahead!

Only in my hometown, baby.

You see, Herenton wanted Voodoo Fest in Memphis. And what King Willie wants, King Willie gets.

Hey, if Louis Farrakhan says so, then it must be true.

Close. The theory is they put all the "inconvenient" bodies in ice trucks and shipped them up north to be buried to keep the body count low and to hide the true death toll.

Why does the media give Louis Farrakhan this much crediblity and legitmacy? Is Farrakhan an expert in explosive substances now?

The guy's nothing more than a race-baiting hack. The media writing an article like this is equivalent to them writing an article on how a klansman blames the Florida hurricanes in 2004 on blacks.

It's absurd. Rather than going out and helping the black community, he's throwing out rumors and wild accusations in an effort to draw attention and political profit. Pathetic.

I'm sure traces of other chemicals and biohazards were found there, too. Gasoline. Pesticides. E. coli and other bacteria. Why doesn't he go full circle and pretend that the seepage from damaged warehouses and wind-damaged structures was deliberately put into the water by the white devils to make it even more dangerous for blacks? Or better yet, join up to the "man made weather" conspiracy and pretend that the racist whites steered the hurricane towards New Orleans.

So often times it happens, that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we had the key...

Explosions? lol... where's the residue?

I'm pretty sure explosions would've been heard... and that would've set off fires - and besides, how would they have managed it with over 110 MPH winds?

I like what my friend said about Bush taking away $100 million out of $150 million to fix the levees, "Im not going to pay them $150 million to push dirt".
