Hey Dudes!
Does anyone know what could be happening to my account?
For a few days now, I've logged on and already racked up enough experience to deposit it!
Not that I'm complaining.
But it is starting to worry me. Do any of you computer geniouses (is that even a word?) know what could be happening?
Oh, and before anyone asks, I do log off when I'm finished.

If you voted on more than five movies the day before the extra points carry over even though you can only deposit ten a day.

I can't really explain in much further detail, all i no is that when I log on after a hard day's bore at school, i rate 1 thing and it tells me:
You've already made 5 deposits... yada yada

That happened to me once when I voted on loads of movies in one day.
For the next few days, I deposited without voting on five movies.

That's because you kept on voting after you deposited.

You have voted on loads of movies the previous day, and it has carried over for this day. :)

When you do over time (IE, you vote on movies after depositing experience) you'll only have to vote on 1 movie before you can deposit the next day - which is convienient if your in a hurry.

something like that happens to me. Sometimes when i vote for a totaly brand new thing on the portal it says "you have voted for this movie today yada yada yada" and im like WTF?

Except they were talking about over time
What happened with you is someone with a similar ip address got to the movie before you did. Two different things. You are probably on a large ISP like aol or something similar...
