I'm making a Flash movie on Flash MX 2004 but whenever I insert an MP3 music file in, the Flash gets way too large, like 7 MB. That'll never fit on Newgrounds!!!! How can I make it smaller? I mean, my Flash is like trash compared to Randy Solem's Flashes and he made his fit on Newgrounds.

FILE>PUBLISH SETTINGS>FLASH tab Set Audio Event and Audio Stream to 32 kbps or lower
Also, select the layer with sound and set it to STREAM rather than EVENT in the right-hand end of the PROPERTIES bar (CTRL+F3)

That will just be the .fla anyways.. once it's exported im sure it will be alot less..
