Bush said it would cost at least 200 billion to clean up after hurricane Katrina, and now that Rita hit its going to cost us even more than that. But Bush says that taxpayers wont have to worry, because he's not going to raise taxes. But my question is where the hell is he going to get the money. The media says hes going to make budget cuts on government programs, but which ones then (If he cuts education AGAIN, im gonna go to D.C. and shove my foot up his ass), personally i think he should take money out of military research and NASA, sure some Dick general and a few spacemen will be pissed off, but the general populace will be okay.

This wouldn't be such a problem if other countries would get off of their anti-american high horses and help out. Seriously, if you read the post titled Fuck off I'm not giving you...[financial aid] it seems that people from other countries are almost glad that this crisis happened. Because now we won't be the richest nation like we used to be or some crap like that.
Some people, eh?

He will probably "Get the military and kill us black folks" according to Kanye West so 3/4 of the total profits don't need to be sent to all the black people.

The entire government doesn't give a fuck about black people, its sad. But this time they have to give a fuck, there's too much media coverage for them not to

How can you be so sure? I cannot imagine people like Colin Powell (who used to be in office) and Condoleeza Rice would be indifferent to black people, nor do I believe that they would turn a deaf ear to it whilst in office IF it were true.
