The only differences are really:
1. Backlight, not frontlight. 2. Smaller, MUCH smaller. 3. Only GBA games. 4. Customisable face plates to give your GBM some flair
It's small enough to fit in that tight jean pocket, it was announced a while ago at E3, I'd still like to get one.
